Biography
Johann Sebastian Bach was a German composer and organist from the late Baroque period. His very prolific output includes sacred and secular works, such as cantatas, concertos, organ pieces, and the famous Brandenburg Concertos. He wrote in the Baroque style throughout his life, even as other composers transitioned to the Classical style.
